Who we are
This site is operated by Homecrackers(“we”, “us”). You can reach us any time at hello@homecrackers.com and we aim to reply within one working day.
Placing an order
When you place an order you're making an offer to buy. A contract is formed once we send your order confirmation email. If we can't fulfil an order — because an item is out of stock or was listed at an obviously incorrect price — we'll tell you and refund you in full.
Prices and payment
All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken securely at checkout by our payment provider, Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. Prices can change, but never after you've placed an order.
Delivery
We ship across the UK, with selected international destinations available at checkout. Most UK orders arrive within 3–7 working days. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk passes to you when the goods are delivered to the address you gave us.
Cancellation, returns and refunds
You have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of delivery, and we offer a 30-day returns window on unused items on top of that. Full detail, including how to start a return and who pays postage, is on our Returns & Refunds page.
Your consumer rights
Goods we sell must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality, as required by the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights. If something isn't right, tell us and we'll put it right.
Acceptable use
Please don't misuse the site — no attempting to gain unauthorised access, disrupt the service, or scrape content for resale. Our content, branding and product photography remain our property or that of our suppliers.
Our liability
We're responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We don't exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn't allow us to exclude. We're not liable for business losses, as our products are supplied for domestic and private use.

Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published when you place your order. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes fall to the courts of England and Wales.
